Loving Kindness Meditation

Loving-kindness meditation is based on a traditional practice to cultivate unconditional love for ourselves and all beings. It boosts positive emotions such as empathy and feelings of connection while reducing negative emotions such as anger, resentment, depression, and anxiety. Studies have shown that this meditation practice is conducive to developing mental, emotional, and physical health.
