Laura Soto
Head of Wellbeing Strategies

Laura joined Cigna in 2016 and now heads Cigna’s Global Wellbeing Engagement Strategies. With an educational background in human behaviour, Laura has brought her passion for understanding individual motivation and choice to a 13 year career in healthcare management. She has built and run programs in chronic condition management, decision support, and lifestyle improvement at organizations such as BUPA and Best Doctors. Laura was born in the United States and holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University. She has been residing in Madrid, Spain since 2012.


Céline Van Steene
Associate Director
Cigna Europe & Global Segments

Since 2006, Céline is part of the Client Management team servicing Intergovernmental Organisations and International Financial Institutions. Effective June 2021 she has taken on the role of Associate Director in the client management team. Céline and her team form the connection between Cigna’s clients and Cigna. Long term partnerships and expertise allow them to capture Cigna’s clients’ specific needs and to guarantee the delivery of Cigna’s services in line with and often beyond the clients’ expectations.

Since the start of her career at Cigna Céline has always served key clients. She was first introduced to the Asian Development Bank in 2011 and has served the ADB with great passion since.

Céline holds a Master in Economics degree from the University of Antwerp (Belgium). She lives in Antwerp, Belgium.
