28 September, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m., Tuesday Building Resilience with Self-Care Practices |
In this class, we will dive straight into self-care practices that regulate the nervous system and can be micro-dosed during your working day. Guided meditations, breath practices and a bit of easy, relaxing movement help you take good care of your body and mind during times of change and uncertainty as they help regulate the body´s stress response. The class is primarily about relaxation and well-being and you need no prior experience with meditation or movement to participate. You will need: a chair, a space on the nearby floor where you can lie down, a blanket or a mat to put on the floor for comfort.
