Dr. Isabelle Phillips

Dr. Isabelle Phillips from Infotech is an authority on leadership for workforce wellness and performance. Her academic life centers on positive psychology, leadership and science-based strategies to gain the most from ourselves and our teams. Dr Phillips has worked with thousands of leaders across Asia-Pacific who seek to generate sustainable ways of working for knowledge workers in our collaborative era.



Rod Aragon

Rod Aragon, Senior IT Officer (IT Learning) with ITD, has 25 years’ experience in IT training and adoption change management. A certified Change Manager, Rod has been involved n all IT trainings at ADB for 16 years and has been instrumental in the bank-wide rollout and successful adoption of IT systems especially SharePoint, Management Approval System, Operations Dashboard, eTrip, Procurement Review System, and the Office 365 apps. He is currently at the helm of all IT-related learning and knowledge management initiatives in ADB, and is focusing on ADB’s transition to e-Learning.


Vett Watson

Vett Watson is Modern Work & Security, Business Group Lead, at Microsoft Philippines, and manages the Microsoft 365, Security and Microsoft Surface businesses in the country across all segments, from SMB to Enterprise.

Prior to this role, he was a Teamwork & Collaboration Solutions Architect in the Partner Development Organization covering Asia Pacific, enabling Microsoft Partners to build solutions and services offerings on Microsoft 365 to enable customer success. He has also worked in the Enterprise team as a Technical Specialist for Office 365, working directly with some of the biggest names across commercial and government sectors in the country, helping build their architecture and migration strategies from legacy, on-premises communications systems to Microsoft 365 in the cloud. He first joined Microsoft as an Office 365 Adoption Specialist, working with customers to build their Adoption Journey for their business users as they transitioned to the new ways of working and collaborating.



Alain Duminy

Alain Duminy has nearly 30 years of IT experience, 21 years of which are with the ADB IT Department. He has done almost every IT job, spanning infrastructure, cyber security, and program management areas. Today, he is the Director of the IT Finance and User Services Division. Outside of work, he practices martial arts and is an amateur photographer
