(Looking at) The Many Faces of the New Normal
|
This webinar would like to present the many different faces of what the “new normal” CAN BE (not necessarily will be) – with a discussion on current trends, projections, and possibilities.
It will reflect on lessons learned and still being learned during this pandemic, different perspectives, and the many aspects and dimensions an organization has to consider in moving to the future, with a focus on workforce well-being, allowing a better understanding of the “New Normal” process, and how we are all together in getting there.
Guest panelist Neal Woolrich, Director, Advisor for HR at Gartner, and veteran broadcast journalist, will be speaking on “Navigating the Future of Remote Work” where the premise is that as organizations adjust to new ways of working, the “hybrid workforce” model is set to become the predominant way of working – a notion of employees moving flexibly and interchangeably between working on site at their employers’ premises, working remotely, and even working in an alternate third space.
Guest panelist Dr. Rodrigo Rodriguez-Fernandez, Medical Director of Health Consulting, NCD & Wellness programs for International SOS based in London, UK will speak about well-being risks and mitigation in HR designs for the “New Normal” and will share some well-being program examples from big corporates that he works with. He will also discuss opportunities for change in well-being approaches and strategies for enhanced workforce resiliency.
Dr Asadang Dusadi-Isariyavong will serve as Session Moderator. Closing Music: The “BPBM Dojo” flexes its musical prowess with their own “Moment of Truth”.
