ADB’s Resilience Journey
|
Organizational Resilience. 2021 was a challenging year and ADB’s journey in achieving resilience was remarkable. The journey was rough, but the staff and management of ADB learned from the experience. The term “resilience” gained much attention and raised important questions: What do we need to actively take steps to increase our resiliency, both personally and professionally? How do we cope, thrive and grow in this pandemic and through WFH? How do we incorporate resilience in our daily life and at work? In this session, Andy Clinton will talk about ADB’s resilience journey and share what his team achieved. Join and learn more about how ADB will continue to survive and thrive.
