My yoga journey started in 2009 and gradually the leisure yoga class evolved into a dedicated practice. I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training programmes in 2015, and began teaching thereafter as a part time teacher after work and during weekends. Learning yoga has never stopped, and in 2017 I completed my advanced yoga teacher training.
As a colleague of yours at the Bank and a mum, I can say that it is Yoga that can rest my mind and body at the same time, and make me energetic for a new day.
