Chair Yoga |
Chair yoga refers to a type of yoga that modifies poses so they can be done while seated on a chair. This is especially helpful to people who are unable to stand or lack mobility (from injury, illness, other conditions), or just want a quick break from office work.
Those practicing can do movements like twists, stretches, and bends, with the support of a chair, so it is popular among seniors and retirement communities, the obese, injured, with neurological diseases, etc.
Office workers can also benefit from chair yoga's adaptations to do stretches at work.

Instructor's Profile

Michelle Ng |
My yoga began as a way to get back into shape after childbirth. It’s a hobby which rapidly became a major passion in my life and the beginning of a transformational journey. As a yoga instructor, my key motivation is to be able to share my knowledge and passion to help others so that they too can undertake their own journey and achieve their goals.
