Robert Boothe works as ADB’s policy-based lending focal in the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Robert led development of ADB’s Asia Pacific Vaccine Access Facility (APVAX). Robert has an operations background, with lending programs on public sector governance and financial management, investment climate reform, and emergency assistance. Prior to joining ADB, Robert worked as a Public Sector Management Specialist at the World Bank, and in management consulting. A Canadian national, Robert has a Masters in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
