Invitation to join a discussion with colleagues from France’s Development Agency (AFD): “Accounting for Climate Change: AFD’s Climate Scoring Methodology”.

The webinar is an opportunity for AFD to share its experience of applying climate accounting methodology to its programs. Mr. Benoit Mauduit, a climate expert from AFD’s Climate Team, will discuss the methodology that the agency uses for project financing as well as for policy-based loans (PBLs) related to climate change. The presentation will illustrate projects in various sectors such as energy, transportation, urban development, and water and sanitation while considering both mitigation and adaptation co-benefits. Following the presentation, a Q&A session will be held to allow participants to ask questions and share their views and experiences with climate-related projects.
