Addressing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and
Harassment (SEAH) requires balancing the needs of victims with institutional
mandates, often creating tension between victim-centered approaches and
organizational priorities. This session will explore how institutions can
bridge this gap while ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with
internal policies. Participants will also examine how various organizations,
including multilateral institutions, approach SEAH in project financing,
focusing on comparative strategies and frameworks. The discussion will touch on
policy gaps, such as those surrounding domestic violence, and explore ways to
align institutional interests with the evolving expectations of victims and
stakeholders. |
