the challenges and best practices associated with whistleblower protection,
focusing on the limitations faced by organizations and effective strategies for
safeguarding whistleblowers through third-party interventions. Participants
will engage in discussions about the complexities of protecting whistleblowers,
including legal, organizational, and practical barriers. The session will also
address how to design and implement effective third-party protection mechanisms
to support whistleblowers while ensuring their safety and confidentiality.
Through interactive dialogue, attendees will develop a deeper understanding of
how to navigate and enhance whistleblower protection efforts within their organizations. |
