This open floor exchange session invites
participants to engage in a dynamic discussion about optimizing the complaints
triage process and managing donor expectations with a zero-tolerance approach
to evaluation, even when resources are limited. Participants will explore strategies
for enhancing intake processes, including deciding what not to assess and
balancing efficiency with adherence to established policies and procedures.
This interactive session will encourage debate and sharing of best practices,
allowing attendees to collaboratively address the challenges of complaint
