Vincent is the team leader for Seureca, the consulting firm for the ADB technical assistance project, Promoting Action on Plastic Pollution from Source to Sea in Asia and the Pacific. This digital component of this project delivered strategies for the digitalization of the plastic value chain, including road maps, a tool to assess readiness to adopt digital solutions, and frameworks for data governance and open data platforms. The project also involved piloting of digital solutions to gain insights and experience with selected solutions supporting a shift to plastic circularity.
Prior to this role, Vincent was a Program Management Officer in the SEA Circular Project of the United Nations Environment Programme. He was responsible for the markets and value chain focus where he led projects on the themes of innovation in the plastic value chain, city level actions, capacity building, finance and business models, and policy advancement. His background includes extensive private sector experience in environmental services, resource recovery and waste management.
