Rudolph is a geomatics expert and serves as Arup Philippines’ Digital and Geospatial Lead. In this role, he leads the analysis of spatial datasets for multi-disciplinary teams in a variety of infrastructure projects, such as roads and bridges, site-specific assessment studies, water treatment designs, and transportation network analyses. He is also the Project Manager for the development of ADB’s Pasig River Digital Twin – Plastic Waste Use Case that will help track the flow and accumulation of plastic waste in the Pasig River, identify key pollution sources, and develop actionable insights to reduce plastic waste.
