Marios is a project engineer specializing in digital solutions and data management for environmental services. He supports water, waste, and energy utilities in their digital transformation by assessing needs, auditing IT systems, and identifying and deploying tailored digital tools. As part of the ADB technical assistance project promoting action on plastic pollution, Marios conducted digital pilots in Indonesia and Viet Nam, including the deployment of an open data platform to support reporting and policy implementation under the Global Plastics Treaty. He has contributed to the development of national digital road maps for plastic circularity and carried out technology assessments across the plastic value chain. Marios also supports Veolia in developing, testing, and implementing in-house digital tools across its global business units.
