Armed with a dual background in engineering and management, she leverages over eight years of global business consulting experience across diverse industries. In 2016, Dian embarked on her entrepreneurial odyssey, founding PT Tridi Oasis Group, a pioneering plastics recycling company based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. In 2022, she expanded Tridi Oasis by setting up a new joint venture company with ALBA Group Asia, under the name of ALBA Tridi Plastics Recycling, delivering state-of-the art 36kta rPET food grade facility in Central Java, Indonesia.
