Jacqueline Cottrell is a specialist in green fiscal policy, reform of environmentally harmful subsidies, green budgeting, and inclusive green economy policy. Since 2004, she has been active in these fields as a self-employed policy consultant, delivering policy and strategic advisory, human capacity development, and research. She has worked with numerous international organizations, including the European Commission, GIZ, AFD, Expertise France, UNEP, UNESCAP, UNOSD, UNITAR, ADB, ATAF, the ILO and ADBI. She has published widely in the fields of environmental economics and inclusive green economy. Jacqueline is a freelance associate of the Berlin-based think tank Green Budget Germany and lives in Scotland.
