This seminar will showcase the Toolkit on Carbon Pricing and Fossil Fuel Subsidies Reduction that explores some of the key attributes of Emissions Trading Systems (ETSs), carbon tax systems and fossil fuel subsidies in Asia and the Pacific. The toolkit and webinar aim to show policy makers in ADB’s developing members (DMs) how to effectively design, implement and manage the interplay of carbon taxes, ETSs and fossil fuel subsidies reduction programs.
