1.  ALL required fields must be answered; otherwise, registration will not be completed.  If submission of online registration is successful, you should receive within a few minutes a system-generated email acknowledgement to your registered email address (please check your Inbox and your Junk/Spam folder).  If this does not happen, either there was a typo in the address you entered, or you had entered someone else's email address.  In such cases, please repeat the online registration process taking extra care in typing your own email address.

2. You are encouraged to register by yourself as against getting registered by someone else to ensure the accuracy of your registration entries, particularly your email address. Please ensure you provide a working email so you will be updated of any advice/development related to BOF 2025.

3. When filling out the "Constituency/Region" field, please indicate the one you represent which may not necessarily be where you are located.

4. This registration template includes a field at the end where you can very briefly indicate your specific professional interests that could help facilitate effective networking.

5. Registration will close on 16 August 2025, 12:00 A.M. Manila time or when the maximum capacity of the venue is reached, whichever comes first.

Upon successful online registration (i.e. when you receive the ADB system-generated email acknowledgement), your name will be encoded in the ADB Visitors Registration System for access to the ADB for BOF 2025.  You may then begin preparing your travel arrangements.  NO SEPARATE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE PROVIDED. ADB will send useful pre-event documents (i.e. List of Registrants and ADB Focal) to your registered email address within the month of May. Therefore, it is necessary that you register your own email address, and not someone else's. Please note that late registrants, in the event the deadline is extended, will not receive these pre-event documents.
