My name is Tangat Assylzhanov. I am 42 years old. I was born in Semipalatinsk and currently live in Astana.
I work as a senior inspector on special assignments at the Administrative Police Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I have been working in the police force since 2006, and in the traffic police since 2012.
Our main task is control and supervise traffic and ensure its safety, as well as to prevent traffic violations.
Dave’s contributions to public service have been recognised with two Royal Honours: he was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in the 2012 Royal Honours and was named a Member of the Order of St John (MStJ) in 2013.
With a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to road safety, Dave continues to drive global efforts to make roads safer for all.
