Sophia is a co-founder and Executive Director of ImagineLaw, a public interest law organization that designs and advocates for evidence-based, and people-centered policy solutions to public health problems.

ImagineLaw has developed and successfully advocated for over 50 national and sub-national policies in the Philippines, along with model legislation on road safety, HIV/AIDS prevention and control, COVID-19 prevention and control, data for health, and healthy public food procurement.

ImagineLaw has also supported national and local governments in implementing road safety policies by providing road safety enforcement trainings and implementation support.
