A significant figure in road safety both in the UK and overseas, with experience of delivering award-winning projects covering multiple elements of the safe system. Richard regularly provides policy and strategy advice to organisational leaders and has appeared at conferences and events across the globe. His previous experience as a manager of a multi-partner enforcement organisation led to a deep understanding of matters relating to enforcement technology, deployment and management of resources and partner relationships. He is a specialist in road safety data including tradition analysis of collision data as well as the development of Safety performance Indicators. Richard has been recognized with many awards for his work including multiple Prince Micheal International Road Safety Awards.
