Mr. Phong Le is the Country Manager for the AIP Foundation in Vietnam, leading transformative road safety projects across the country. He spearheads the organization’s advocacy efforts, driving the adoption of safe school zone regulations and fostering youth engagement in school road safety improvement through innovative technology.  

Additionally, Phong has been leading the project advocating for stronger regulatory frameworks addressing road safety risk factors, contributing to the inclusion of the Child Restraint System (CRS) mandate in Vietnam’s Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety (2024). 

In 2024, Phong completed the Global Road Safety Leadership Program, hosted by the Johns Hopkins International Injury Research Unit (JH-IIRU) and the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP). He holds a master’s degree in Remote Sensing and GIS for Natural Resource Management from Twente University, the Netherlands.
