Hon. Naisa Tuinaceva is the Assistant Minister for Public Works, Meteorological Services and Transport. A qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration, he brings over 30 years of experience in transport and infrastructure. He previously served as CEO of the Land Transport Authority and Vishnu Holdings. During his tenure as the LTA CEO, he led road safety efforts through regulation reforms, policy development, public education, campaigns, and the deployment of technologies and enforcement of laws to ensure road safety compliance and save lives on Fiji roads. Hon. Tuinaceva is committed to equitable service delivery, sustainable infrastructure, and climate resilience. He is also a Member of Parliament and the Public Accounts Committee, and has a strong background in policy, strategic planning, and community engagement.
