Greig Craft's innovative solutions to improve global road safety have had significant impact in reducing road crash fatalities and injuries in the developing world, especially for children. His creation of a lightweight 'tropical' helmet for children in 1999 has been hailed a “silver bullet” in child injury prevention.  

Since his election in 2021, Greig Craft has been serving as President of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) Asia-Pacific Region II, one of four global regions of the FIA. As President of AIP Foundation, Craft is an international road safety expert providing expertise and guidance to governments, business, and civil society throughout the world. He is a member of the UNRSC (United Nations Road Safety Collaboration) since 2004 and the Swedish Government Planning Committee for the 2020 UN Ministerial Meeting in Stockholm. He currently serves as President of the FIA Region II Asia Pacific, andVice President of the global FIA Federation and the FIA World Council.
