Chika Sakashita is the Director of Global Programs at the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety. Chika manages the regional chapter and program team and leads the development and implementation of advocacy, research, capacity building and grant programs. Chika has worked in government, academic research and for international organizations such as the UNESCAP, WHO, World Bank and GRSP advising and supporting evidence-based policies in states, countries, regions and globally. Chika has a PhD from the School of Public Health and Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Sydney.
