Brett is the Global Road Safety Partnership’s (GRSP) Asia Pacific Manager responsible for jointly leading GRSP’s Road Policing Capacity Building Programme along with various other road safety projects across the Asia- Pacific Region. Brett joined GRSP after a 30+ years policing career in Australia which included specialist duties in Road Policing and Road Safety, Intelligence and Covert Support, and Emergency and Major Event Management. In his role, Brett leads a team of experts delivering high-impact technical support and capacity building to governments and enforcement agencies across Asia, Africa and Lain American under the Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety.
