Ms. Tran Bich Phuong is the In-Country Coordinator for Road Safety in Vietnam for the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI)/CTFK. She provides strategic planning, coordination, and technical support to partners working on an advocacy initiative aimed at reducing road fatalities and injuries. She has extensive experience working with grantees and the government, and a strong background in public health advocacy. Before joining GHAI, Phuong worked for the Atlantic Philanthropies and the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) office at the US Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam. She also obtained an MPH degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia.
With key local staff capacity, she actively supported the development and approval of important national legal documents in the field of road safety and injury prevention.
