Mrs. Arevhat Poghosyan has been the Head of the Road Policy Division at the Road Sector Policy Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia since September 2020. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Road Sector Policy, in particular, for the development of legislative documents: guidelines, manuals, and the organization and implementation of the process of implementing strategies and Road Sector Programs in the Road Sector, including Road Safety. 

Mrs. Poghosyan got a Master's in Economics from the Armenian University of Economics, Yerevan. 

Mrs. Poghosyan has been working in the Public System since 2002. She began his career at the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Armenia, where from 2002-2010 she worked as a Chief Specialist in the Department of Road Development Programs and Investments. From 2011 to 2020, she worked at the Ministry of Finance of Armenia as a Chief Specialist and was responsible for the development of strategic documents on Public Finance Management, Financial Management and Control, and the implementation of monitoring policies.
