Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety

Ray Adrian has been a road safety advocate since he began his career as a civil engineer and a civil servant. In his current work at the National Economic and Development Authority, he led the initiative to institutionalize data collection and coordination between national government offices and the local government units for evidence-based decision-making for road safety. He is a consistent partner of the Department of Health Western Visayas Center for Health Development in their road safety efforts. He also took part in consultation workshops for the formulation of the Philippine Road Safety Action Plan 2017-2022. Aside from being a member of the Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety, he is the Young Professional Lead for East Asia and Pacific of the International Road Federation where he assists in some of IRF’s projects.
