Blaise Murphet
Asia Pacific Consultant for the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP)
Blaise Murphet is the Asia Pacific Consultant for the Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP), where he was previously the Asia Pacific Program Manager based in Malaysia, and a Senior Officer, based in Switzerland. He also currently serves as a Road Safety Specialist consultant with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and with the World Bank. Blaise also serves as a Road Safety Education consultant for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Victoria, Australia, where he coordinates programs for early childhood through to secondary school across the state. In these roles, he has implemented road safety activities in more than 30 countries. Blaise has worked with governments, development banks and non-governmental partners to build capacity on the use of strategic communications and advocacy in road safety and leads coordination of the Global Road Safety Leadership Course with GRSP and Johns Hopkins University.
