Maarja Mänd-Rahno
Maarja Mänd-Rahno is a public sector expert with over 12 years of experience, currently specializing in data-driven organizational development and maturity models. Maarja leads projects focused on data maturity model and data-driven organizational model, and the development of internal data training systems.
Maarja previous expertise also includes real-time economic politics, regional development, integration, and human resources management. In addition to professional work, Maarja dedicates time to teaching the Estonian language.
With an academic foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, along with a microdegree in Data Systems Analysis and Organizational Behavior it helps combines an understanding of policy-making with some technical expertise in data systems.
