Kimeang Taing
Kimeang is a specialist in social protection at the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council. His main task is to conduct relevant studies and prepare policy proposals and roll-out of social protection programs and schemes, including climate-related and shock responsive, for supporting the livelihood of the population, especially the poor and vulnerable against all lifecycle risks while building their climate resilience and adaption.
