Lay Veasna Chhut
Mr. Veasna Lay Chhut currently serves as a Deputy Director of the Administration and Digital Affairs Department at the General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council. He is the technical lead driving the agenda of Digital Transformation in Social Protection. He has also been a lecturer in the Software Engineering and Cybersecurity field at various universities in Cambodia since 2017. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science and earned additional Master's Certificates from Laval University, Canada, and MIT, USA.
