Bruce Higiro Munyandamutsa
I’ve been a full-stack software developer since 2014, diving into a wide range of programming languages and frameworks along the way. Right now, I’m the Division Manager for the Software Solutions Division at RISA, a role I took on in August 2023. I’m responsible for driving the implementation of software solutions within the Rwandan Government. I’m also quite hands-on with AI—both as a user and developer—constantly experimenting with large language models and AI development tools.
