Mr. Ali Shehzad is working as CEO of the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) and Project Director of the World Bank funded Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP). Since then, he has made significant contributions to the organization. Lately, he has played a cardinal role in successful coordination, design, and launch of Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), with 2 million families registered to date, and a ground-breaking data exchange agreement signed with BISP.
With a background in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in International Development from Princeton University, Mr. Shehzad brings a unique combination of technical and administrative expertise to his 16-year tenure in the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). He continues to work towards improving public service delivery and remains committed to innovative approaches for poverty alleviation, business process re-engineering, data integrations, and governance reforms.
