Akumuntu Athanase
Akumuntu Athanase is a technology enthusiast and professional with 18 years of experience in the IT industry specialized in disaster and emergency management systems, land information systems, IT business analysis, managing IT systems and large scale IT projects with hands on in software development, product management, software development lifecycle, agile methodology, team management and coaching! Athanase is holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Kenya University. He previously served as the Director of Management Information System and IT Support in the National Land Authority since 2016 and he is currently the business Analyst for the Ministry of Environment (MoE) and the Ministry in charge of Emergency Management(MINEMA) where he has participated in the implementation of Rwanda Early Warning Information System and other software project for disaster management and environment and natural resources management.
