Yusuke Sekiguchi is the Financing Partnerships Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where he acts as the fund manager for assigned Japan trust funds including Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific (JFPR) and Japan Special Fund (JSF). Yusuke has nearly two decades of experience in international finance, development policy, and global environment. Before joining ADB in 2020, Yusuke worked for Japan’s Ministry of Finance mainly in the field of multilateral development banks issues and global discussion on climate finance. His experience also includes supervising bilateral development projects in the Japan International Cooperation Agency Vietnam Office and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation Bangkok Office and fostering a wide range of partnerships with Japan in the World Bank Tokyo Office. He has a BA in Education from Shizuoka University.
