To claim daily subsistence allowance (DSA), ADB-funded participants should submit their original boarding passes and a copy of their air ticket (e-ticket) to the AWF 2018 Secretariat (Ms. Carmela Fernando-Villamar, cvillamar@adb.org, Tel: +632 632 6650) on 2 October (Tuesday) at Annex 2. This will facilitate release of the allowance on 3 October (Wednesday) during session breaks (morning, lunch, afternoon) and after the last session.

For those who have purchased their own tickets on own account, please also provide the original official receipt for reimbursement of your airfare.
