Participants should have completed an online registration prior to attending AWF 2018. Access to the ADB building is allowed only through a visitor registration system. Those who have confirmed their participation online have been enlisted in the system and will be issued an event-specific identification card (ID) upon presentation of their passports or preapproved government-issued IDs. Participants must get their ADB security pass through the Visitors Reception Center (VRC) of the Asian Development Bank located along the Main Gate at ADB Avenue (to reduce the queue, participants can also opt for the VRC at the Bank Drive gate and Guadix Drive gate).
On-site registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Please come and register early for the security check and issuance of the event ID. Opening Session on 2 October will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
To avoid the long queue on Tuesday morning, participants can also register on Monday (1 October) at 2:00–6:00 p.m. at the ADB Main Lobby to get their ADB security pass, event badge, and program guide. Please bring proper identification.
Your ADB event ID allows you to access forum-related or public areas inside ADB headquarters, including entry and exit at ADB’s various gates. Please wear your ID at all times when inside ADB premises. Kindly note that you may be asked to produce your ID or credentials while inside ADB. This ADB event ID is valid only for the duration of the Asia Water Forum 2018.
