• Self-funded participants may stay at different hotels near ADB, or in hotels across the city, at their own discretion.
• To avail of ADB corporate rates for nearby hotels, please contact the AWF 2018 Secretariat (email Mr. Dennis Von Custodio at dvcustodio.consultant@adb.org or call at +632 632 6970) on or before 15 September 2018.

     ADB-funded Participants        

• Hotel accommodation for ADB-sponsored participants is either at (i) Discovery Suites; (ii) Crowne Plaza; or (iii) Marco Polo (details below). Booking confirmation will be sent to each participant in due time.
• ADB will settle the standard room charges (single occupancy) for the duration of the participant’s stay related to the forum. Any extension due to personal reasons or preference shall be shouldered by the participant’s own account.
• ADB will not pay for costs incurred by persons accompanying the participant.
• Any incidental charges or expenses (including but not limited to phone calls, room service, consumption of mini bar snacks and drinks, and laundry services) shall be shouldered by the participant and paid personally in full upon checkout.
• Official check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. Official checkout time is at 12:00 noon. For participants with flights departing late afternoon or in the evening, please coordinate directly with the hotel for late checkout arrangements.
