Day 2 – Session A1: Reimagining Financial and Digital Literacy

Kelly Hattel, Senior Financial Sector Specialist, ADB
Kelly Hattel is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where she promotes innovative approaches to strengthen financial access that are responsible, efficient, scalable, inclusive and sustainable. She currently manages the Philippines Inclusive Finance Development Program, a 6 year-long lending and technical assistance program which supports increased financial inclusion across the country, especially through digital platforms. She is also leading the development of an innovative green finance facility for Southeast Asia, from the Thailand Resident Mission, where she is based. Prior to ADB, Ms. Hattel consulted for a range of public and private sector agencies, microfinance institutions and associations where she provided technical expertise on expanding and deepening the reach of financial institutions throughout Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She began her career as a small enterprise development volunteer in the Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa. Ms. Hattel holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and law from the American University and a master's degree in international relations from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. In 2021 and 2022 respectively, she completed the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School Executive Education Fintech and Regulatory Innovation Course and Sustainable Finance Continuing Professional Development Course on Sustainable Finance. 



Tracy Chang, Co-Founder and CEO, Tradelite
Tracy Chang is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of both Tradelite and Mogaland, where she leads strategy, innovation, and product development. At Tradelite, she oversees digital trade services, enhancing transparency and efficiency across global commerce. At Mogaland, she drives immersive community engagement through gaming and metaverse platforms. Tracy blends her entrepreneurial flair with tech-savvy leadership to deliver impactful digital solutions that bridge real-world commerce with virtual experiences, fostering connected communities and future-ready business models.


Bryan Crosswhite, Co-Founder and CEO, XR Global
Bryan Crosswhite is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XRGlobal, a pioneering firm delivering cutting-edge extended reality (XR) solutions. He champions immersive technologies—including VR, AR, and mixed reality—for training, education, and enterprise applications. Under his leadership, XRGlobal develops scalable XR platforms that enhance skills development, collaboration, and experiential learning. Bryan’s forward-thinking vision and operational expertise are shaping how XR technologies are adopted across industries, driving innovation in virtual environments and digital transformation.



Monika Martinsson, Co-Founder, Deedster
With deep experience from capital markets and digital platforms, Monika’s focus is on enabling banks and corporates to transform ESG commitments into measurable outcomes. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Deedster, she helps financial institutions harness transaction data, behavioral insights, and gamified engagement to report financed emissions, guide SMEs in their transition, and engage retail customers with personalized climate insights—strengthening compliance, loyalty, and sustainable growth. Beyond the financial sector, she also supports corporates in activating employees around sustainability through scalable, data-driven engagement programs that turn strategy into everyday action.
