Lazzat Ramazanova was born on July 17, 1973 in the South Kazakhstan region. She graduated from the Kazakh State University of World Languages in Almaty (1990-1995), the Kazakh State Law Academy in Astana (1998-2001). She began her career in the banking system (1994-1995). From 1995 to 1998, she worked at the General Consulate of Kazakhstan in Frankfurt am Main. From 1998 to 1999 – attaché of the Department of Administration and Control, press-attaché of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1999-2002, she worked in the Secretariat of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2002 she became the Head of the Department of International Financial Relations of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning. From 2003 to 2005 – she was the General Director of the "Dala tour" LLP. In 2006-2007 – Head of the secretary's office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2007 to 2008 – she served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on work with insolvent debtors of the Ministry of Finance. From 2008 to 2009 –Deputy Head of the Financial control inspectorate for the Almaty region of the CFC of the Ministry of Finance. From 2011 to 2013 – Director of the Department of planning, analysis of execution and evaluation of budget programs in the field of defense, law enforcement and government agencies of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2013 to 2019 – head of the Secretariat of the Chairman of the Presidium of "Atameken" NCE RK. Since 2015 – the President of the Council of business women of "Atameken" NCE RK. Member of the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2019 she was a member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "Atameken" NCE RK. Since October 2019, she has been a member of the Presidium of the "Atameken" National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since November 2019, she is a Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Association of Regional Environmental Initiatives "ECOJER". Since May 2020 – Chairman of the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 15, 2021 – Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, seventh convocation, Member of the Committee on Social-Cultural Development.
