ADB will cover the cost of your roundtrip business class airfare via the most direct and cost-effective route to Manila, hotel accommodation, and allowances for daily subsistence and miscellaneous travel expenses. 

ADB will book your hotel.

Airport transfers will be at your own arrangement. ADB will provide you with a miscellaneous travel expense allowance, which you can use to pay for your airport transfers and in-city transportation. This will be handed over to you on the second day of the conference. 

Flight booking will be through ADB. Please provide a scanned copy of your passport and high-resolution photo to facilitate e-ticketing.

Resource speakers are responsible for arranging their own visa. ADB will only facilitate by providing the required documentation related to the conference, if needed. Visa fees and passport renewal fees are covered by the miscellaneous travel expense allowance that will be provided to you by ADB on Day 2 of the conference. For those requiring visa, ADB will prepare visa support letters. To facilitate processing, please indicate the address and contact details of the Embassy or Consulate where your visa application will be submitted.
