Yury Rogachev joined HISP at the university Of OsIo as DHIS2 implementer in 2019. DHIS2 is the world's largest health information management system. Being part of a versatile international team, I work on design, configuration, implementation and of digital goods that strengthen data use on national and international levels. Examples of my work are WHO TB Case Surveillance digital toolkit, Covid-19 Case Surveillance and Contact Tracing toolkit, WHO Rehabilitation toolkit and others. Country implementation support in collaboration with the global HISP network (Health information Systems Program) is another key aspect of my work. I have been previously working with Educational Management Information Systems in the private school sector in Berlin, Germany as well as language technical and legal translations.
