Health and employment status of older persons including the health capacity to work: Case of Indonesia

The proposed research will assess the health status among older persons in Indonesia over time and quantify the (additive) health capacity to work. To gain deeper insights, this project will examine how work capacity differs across worker’s characteristics, such as gender, educational attainment, place of residence and work, as well as the types of their occupations. This study is a part of ongoing ADB study conducting comparison study across 7 Asian countries.
