We study effectiveness of behavioral change policies for load shifting in electricity consumption and reducing disconnection problem due to failure to pay electricity bill on time. Randomized interventions will be introduced in collaboration between Tong Power Limited (TPL) in the Kingdom of Tonga (Tonga) and ADB.
