BREAKOUT SESSION : Sector Groups – Day 2 (23 October)

During the Break-out Session, participants will be grouped according to sector/theme. Selected projects will be presented to share best practices, success stories, innovation in project design and  implementation.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Operations Clinic – Day 4 (25 October)

The Operations Clinic allows participants to hold one-on-one meetings with our specialists.


Themes and sample topics:

- Procurement (bidding documents, bid evaluation, shortlisting, procurement plan, contract management)
- Financial Management (cost estimates, FM assessment, managing project accounts, audit)
- Environmental Safeguards (IEE, EMP)
- Social Safeguards (safeguards documents, resettlement, land acquisition)
